The PowerFlex Induction Power Supply uses our new
digital controller with proprietary ControlFlex technology.
ControlFlex technology enables only one digital control
board to be used across all induction applications, power
outputs, and frequencies.
Along with this, the PowerFlex offers regulation in voltage,
current or kilowatts, and can be controlled manually or by
the process temperature, linespeed, etc., depending on
the application.
The PowerFlex operator station and display which is user
friendly makes setup and running far easier than other
systems. The display not only gives meter readings for
voltage, current, power, and frequency, but also displays
power level command, runtime, DC buss voltage, ground
detection (GFI), output power factor and cooling water
conductivity.
50 kilowatts to 4,000 kilowatts with frequency ranges of
200 hertz's to 100 kilohertz's.
